Everything needed to request confidential financial assistance.
Before you apply
- Player commits to attend practices and games
- Provide the School District Free & Reduced Lunch approval letter
- Return borrowed equipment after the season for reconditioning
- Family volunteers where possible
- Register the player, but do not pay until approval is confirmed
