Boys equipment
- Colored mouthguard
- Cleats
- Certified lacrosse helmet
- Shoulder pads with heart protector
- Arm pads and lacrosse gloves
- Protective cup
- Regulation lacrosse stick
Girls equipment
- Colored molded mouthguard
- Cleats
- Lacrosse goggles or eyewear
- Girls-specific regulation stick
- Black leggings, shorts, or spandex under uniform
- White tank or T-shirt under uniform
- Pelvic protector (optional)
Safety note: NRLAX strongly recommends certified lacrosse equipment. Boys’ shoulder pads must include a heart protector. Mini sticks are not permitted because they may not fit a regulation ball.
